Alex: This lone bird sat on the railing of the sundeck and allowed me to get within 6 feet of it...and still sat there for another ten minutes! I took like 80 pictures of different poses.
Robyn: Yes but only tinged red not a bright red...and they are webbed like a duck!
Betty: Thank you for stopping by again and thanks for your comliment!
Gorgeous!!! I love birds....so, this is a treat for me.
As for the last two posts that once again I play catch-up. I won't even GO where I want to go with the Belushi's cafeteria question....that is just a bit not "UP" my alley. rofl [okay, the word 'up' is the definitive one if you get my drift.] "Get my drift"....now THAT'll age you won't it?
As for the polyester....from a woman's point of view, I am sick and tired of all these stretchy, elasticky, yucky fabrics that most women's clothes are made of these days. They're just about all you find on the racks, and they look cheap on the hanger as they do on the body. Oh, as for polo shirts ---I must say that my son does the same thing....one in each color.
Shannon: Thanks. Hope all your woes are over from the COlorado wildfires.
Anni: I knew you would like the boobie picture (the bird that is)!
Some see Jesus or the Virgin Mary in strange places but this melting butter had a slightly more pornographic bent.
I'm telling ya, these shirts don't even FEEL like polyester, next to my silk shirts you cannot hardly tell the difference...except for about $70!!
Dragonstar: He apparently had no place to go and just kept looking from side to side and behind him and every time I took a shot the camera noise made him look right at me so I would quickly click again!

Does the Red Footed Boobie have red...feet?
Great shot. It looks like a sculpture.

Excellent photo! The bird looks almost carved from wood. How great that he just at there for you.

Monica: Thank you very much.
This has to be the bird you mentioned in response to my hay bale overkill post.
I can't wait to see the other eighty-eight shots. This one is wonderful.
Nice one Chuck! Love black and white photos...
Rita: The other 88 shots would bore you to tears. I just kept shooting in hopes of catching 3 or 4 really good candids...I got a couple.
Pat: Thanks. I love shooting in B&W maybe even more than in color. It is also something I want to get better at.
A striking picture - it looks as if it is made of wood!
