How can caffeinating your kids not be a good thing? Let's examine the effects:
1. They could help around the house instead of napping.
2. They would pay more attention in school and get better grades.
3. Could stay up later and get their homework done.
4. Would be a much cheaper substitute for Ritalin.
Yeah, for sure all those would happen...not!
Kids are already amped up enough these days with all the garbage they are fed in schools and at fast food hang-outs. Red dye No.32 is all they need now. Do we really need them MORE aggitated? Next we will have little caffeine gangs of 7 and 8 year olds knocking over old folks in the park for coffee money. And they'll be skipping school to hang at the local Starbucks. Is this where society is headed??
The video shows these darling little kids getting a special (decaf) coffee treat once or twice a week from their parents. As with most things I am sure they are only showing the nice side of this. There is no doubt these kids will (if not already) be getting the hard stuff before long.
Now excuse me, I have to go hide my designer coffee in my safe...just in case.

My awesome Gramma fed me coffee (real coffee!) for a large portion of my childhood. I've been told that this, along with all the booze, cigarettes and bad eating habits, has stunted my growth. At a mere 6'6", all I can say is: THANK CHRIST! Any more concussions and I'll be legally retarded.
Seriously, even without the caffine, who spends this much money on a drink for their kid. I know, many of them do where I live and I just don't get it!
X: You have earned your Delta Tau Kai name with that background story! Very Xtreme!
Pat: No kiddin', at the very least $5 a pop doesn't teach your kids very good economics.
So many kids drink coffee here it's hardly worth notice anymore, which is sad in itself.
