The Weekend In Black And White

This guy woke up with me every morning in Roatan...looking for his breakfast fish! I took several shots over the week I was there but this one morning the wind had come up and literally ruffled his feathers. I give you both the B&W and color version.

The B & W makes him look that much more sinister. Great capture!

Those bills are so needle sharp. Kinda scary. Does that mean you were fishing?

He is too cute!

That is a really great shot. He does look like an angry bird.

Beautiful angry bird! Love the little detail on the feather.

Steve: He reminds me of the Penguin played by Danny Divito in Batman.

Hans: Thank you

Robert: I think he liked having his picture taken. He walked very deliberately along the tops of the pilings right in front of me.

Purple: Hey, good enough for me!

Manzanita: He was fishing with that sharp beak.

Ma: Cute and pointy!

Laura: He was entertaining. When he caught a fish and came back to the beach, he would thrash it around for quite a while before eating it.

Alex: Yes, he is the angry bird from the Dark Side.

Serline: Yes, the feather detail was really cool.

He looks disgruntled, and in a very bad mood indeed. Maybe he got out of bed too early ;)
