Hi Chuck .. it is this time of year 50 years ago that the Beatles struck gold ...

Thank goodness for their music and then the many others talented musicians before and after ..

Cheers Hilary

Have a good ole time watching the game. I watch it for the commercials. Now I'll have to watch the whole thing. My husband used to call to me when the commercials came on. Ha

I like the way the lettering stands out so well against the white.

How fun! Also, now I have a song stuck in my head "Imagine all the people..."

Alex: Thanks Alex it was pretty cool.

Amit: Thanks...glad to hear you are a Beatle's fan!

Anni: They had a mantle running around the whole room with cool stuff on it. All the menu items had names with 60's counter-culture themes. My wife got the T-shirt.

Leovi: Thank you...yes Lennon was one of a kind.

Dragonstar: Thanks, I had to take 3 or 4 shots to get one I really liked.

Scudds: Thanks, How can you not like someone named Scudds :)

Carol: Thanks I got a couple other shots from this restaurant I may use in another B&W Weekend.

Alex: Two comments on one post??? I am honored...or you were really busy reading.

Hilary: You're right...hard to believe it has been 50 years. Maybe you will a post on them from your perspective...I would love to read that. May take a series of posts though :)

Manzanita: My wife never watches football and then asks me to record this game so she can fast forward through the play to watch the commercials!!

Carver: That is what caught my eye when I first saw it.

Shannon: If so then I have accomplished my mission.

Milo: Thank you. The food was excellent...and there was a micro-brewey bar in the back of the restaurant...double treat!!
