Alex: Believe me I am going to keep them as vivid as I can for as long as I can.

Birgitta: Thanks. The native people on the island were just tremendous and loved having us there to show off their culture and traditions.

Dragonstar: It was truly that. I will have some more B&W's to post from this trip in upcoming weekends. Thanks.

What a lovely ceremony. These people look to be the salt of the earth. I know you trip there will never be forgotten. Your shot worked out beautifully in black and white. Genie

Genie: Out of all the pictures I took of this night it was one of the few where at least one person looked directly at me. I think it is why I like it so much. Thanks for stopping by.

I've heard that the folks in Fiji are very friendly and are nice to the tourists.
Two FIji posts so far. One on the arrival and one on leaving. I hope there's gonna be a lot of stuff from the days in between!

Pat: They have to be some of the friendliest people on earth. The mainland has so of the same issues that plague all highly commercial areas but on Beqa culture and tradition rule. Tribes, villages, chiefs the whole deal.
